The Department of Planning and Growth Management will be closed to the public Wednesday, Oct. 17 through Friday, Oct. 19 and will reopen on Monday, Oct. 22. The closure is to allow for the transition to EnerGov, a new permitting software solution.
The EnerGov software will allow residents to have access to electronic review, submittal, fee payment and inspection requests for permits and plans. Citizens will have access to their own portal where they can check the status of their plans, see any sub records, pay their fees, request inspections, apply for new applications and resubmit any documents or drawings.
We appreciate your patience during this transition and look forward to providing improved communication between staff and applicants Citizens with special needs may contact the Maryland Relay Service at 711, or Relay Service TDD: 800-735-2258.
