The project site, designated as Tax Map 24, Grid 10, Parcel 6, consists of approximately 209.9475 acres and is in the Low Density Suburban Residential (RL) Zone. The subject property is accessed off of Forgotten Farm Place.
The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland.
