The Charles County Commissioners enacted Bill 2018-06 titled Consolidated Storage in the CRR and CV Zones. The legislation allows a use known as Consolidated Storage (7.02.250) and permits Consolidated Storage by Special Exception in the Core Retail Residential (CRR) and Village Commercial (CV) Zones, subject to certain conditions. Bill 2018-06 becomes effective on November 16, 2018.
