ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property sold by the Chief of Treasury for Charles County and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in these proceedings:

Said properties are described as follows:

L-38 S-1 WARREN J WILLETT SUB MAP = 0022 GRID = 0016 PARCEL = 0120; Tax Map 22, Grid 16, Parcel 120, Lot 38, in the Sixth Election District of Charles County, Maryland, and conveyed by Deed dated December 7, 2006, to Charles Short, recorded among the Land Records of Charles County, Maryland at Liber 6115, Folio 396. (Tax Property No. 06-117031). The amount necessary for redemption of this property is $19,053.26, plus reimbursement of Plaintiff's costs.

The Complaint to Foreclose Rights of Redemption states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.

 It is thereupon, this    5th     day of   April                           , 2019, by the Circuit Court for Charles County, Maryland,

ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Charles County, Maryland, once a week for three (3) successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the said properties to appear in this Court by the  29th   day of    May                , 2019, and redeem the properties and answer the Complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the properties, and vesting in the Plaintiff a title to the subject properties, free and clear of all encumbrances.
